What is the first step?

The first step in building a new home is to establish a budget and becoming preapproved for a loan if needed. Afterwards, you will be equipped to decide what is a comfortable range for your new home to then select floorplans.

We can build almost anything...the only limit is your land....so bring your floorplans or we can assist you in designing your home and will discuss available options.

Will I be assigned a dedicated person to help with the building process?

Building a new home is an exciting step in everyone's life...much different from buying a home. Therefore, you will meet and have the owners of Elite with you from day one until the end. We will even be on site physically working to ensure 100% satisfaction and success.

How long is the building process?

The construction period varies depending upon size of the home but the average time is 5-6 months up to 4000 square feet and slightly longer for other homes.

How can I customize my new home?

With Elite Construction, most buyers are totally happy with our standard features as we include as much luxury as possible without any extra funding from you. However, there are many upgrades that can be added as your imagination can provide.

What about land?

We build anywhere in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia unless the subdivision or area is builder-restricted.

How will I know if my home will fit on my land or is suitable for my land?

We will prepare a site evaluation before you purchase your floorplans to give you things to look for or expertise on how to select a floorplan based on your land elevation etc. If you already have floorplans, we will walk the lot with you and discuss all the pros and cons.
